Right ... but this isn't just "Jim's position." It is, rather a principle that 
we have held from the beginning of the Foundation, and which is stated in 
pretty much ever Apache Way talk I've ever attended, because it is, as you say, 
an axiom of the foundation.

Let's *please* not make this about Jim. Let's discuss principles, not 
personalities.
