Sorry Rich (and any others). I don't mean to imply that only Jim has that opinion. Jim is by far the most vocal one lately about this point and it is easy to conflate him with that position in speaking. That is a bit careless.
And as much as I might like to discuss principles, this discussion has reached to point of exhaustion with no illumination.
