no not everyone - only these who subsribe the list. But it is sure that online tools can not fully replace local machine tools. Better way doing this were that pootle reads files from version control repository and submits results back depending of policy: a) directly b) after reviewing by project owners or QA c) in both ways, dependend of submit rights In this way those who prefer online tools can do it online and others via version control system.
