I dont, I rather see the homepage change in the next 50 minutes. Alternatives
are infinite and decision making process (usually realted to leadership) is
lacking awesomely bad. I have discussed this with Nicu, Lars, Daniel, Richard,
and many others around the community. We all want to kick that site *Right
Now*, meaning, not tomorrow, not the day after, not even next week.

I really think we need to get on a 6 month release cycle. Where changes are
applied every 6 months and major releases are done every 8 months since it
doesnt just affect the homepage.

A good example is the spanish site. The site didn't move (as far as changes go)
since version 1.1.1. The canges were sporadically, since I jump in the site, the
page has been re-design almost 5 times. That includes season changes
(christmass, OOo aniversary, etc), to actual reshape of content.

On the other side, new members have been signing almost daily to our project.
New people are comming to the site asking where can they help and mailing lists
have been rather active.

We even got new people on a (hopefully) short waiting list so they can manage
part of the site. This mean not just 1 page, but a whole site tree. This will
make content start to flow and show up on the front page and other parts of the
es project.

Anyway this email is rather large already, and I promise to keep it simple. --
