Unfortunately in a case like this there's little support can really do,
aside from offer moral support (pardon the pun).  This is clearly an issue
where Netsol's billing system is, yet again, causing problems for an end
user.  While we can definitely add this to our list of "why NSI is going
about things the wrong way", we cannot act upon this specific domain -
only maintain our stance on the overall issue.

A call to your local (or the registrant's local) better business bureau
might be in order.
