yes...

this is why many of us aren't so mad about this double-checking thing.

personally, i'm very glad that opensrs has given me the opportunity to
deny domains that might be transferred away to some less altruistic :)
registrar without me even knowing about it.

before folks start flaming here, of course i get p*ssed when i get an
incorrect NACK from register.com, nsi, etc.
