How long to get a response from [EMAIL PROTECTED]?

I sent it Thursday, about 24 hours ago.  Does this mean if I do not get an
answer today (Friday), I have to wait until Monday?

If so, that will be 72 hours for a response. Not good, when the domain is
expiring soon at the old registrar.
