Derek (et al),

We are working very hard with ICANN and other Registrars to get this
anti-competitive "double ACK" procedure removed. So far we've convinced
Register.com to stop doing it - just have to work on the others.

We are here for you - if you have stories and extra information (as
detailed as possible) for transfers that have been (or are) being denied,
send them to [EMAIL PROTECTED]

This is a repository for information to use in our case with ICANN, don't
expect any quick answers (if at all), as we're gathering. Specific cases
are virtually impossible to deal with, as we have about as much leverage
with NSI (the Registrar) as a typical user would (you think they want to
help us?).
