And you know this because you have a good sense of our personas. :) Never said you always had to use personas. I would agree that the upside down ketchup bottle is a persona-less design context. The upside-down pill bottle (Target's ClearRx), however, wasn't. Deborah Adler had very clear personas in mind when creating her remarkable game-changing design. Which I think is both of our points.
