I'm not suggesting that at all. I'm only suggesting that the most important
thing is the end user's experience, and if you're working with a client
who's primary interest is not that, then it's pointless for them to have
hired you in the first place. Of course you need the client who hired you to
get information, guide the business goals, etc. But it should all ultimately
be about creating a better experience for the business' customers.

I would never suggest I know more about a market than the business who's
shoulder-deep in it. I think you're just misinterpreting what I said.
