I'm not sure what's illegal about it - while the local network, and the internet access provided through it is provided at SkullSpace, it is not a service provided at any charge, and it is provided "as is" to use at your own risk.
That has been stated repeatedly, by multiple people, throughout the whole time I've been coming to SkSp. If anything, I would hope that we as a group are more informed than the common mob, and knowingly accept the risks inherent in using and network.
