Hi Søren, I realized that I forgot to add there are some other free features on the .Mac account that show up in the Member Central part of the program, but I don't think these are available to trial members.
These offerings change from time to time. For example, here's a description of one of the current features (copy and pasted description): <begin excerpt> Free GarageBand Jam Pack Loops Sampler for Members .Mac offers its members a sampler of 400 free loops from GarageBand Jam Packs: 100 loops each from World Music, Symphony Orchestra, Remix Tools, and Rhythm Section. It's just a taste of what you can do with each of the new GarageBand Jam Packs. (World Music Sampler, Symphony Orchestra Sampler, Remix Tools Sampler, and Rhythm Section Sampler are only available to full members.) <end excerpt> I don't check this part of their site often enough (smile). To get to the Member Central web pages, use the link chooser menu and start typing membercentral from the page where you've logged in to your .Mac account. There are other featured member offers that can show up here from time to time. For example, the time I joined the Take Control books had completed a "Take Control of .Mac" and they made a special free excerpted version that was about one third of the book to dot Mac members available as a PDF download, and for a 3-month period you could buy any of their Take Control downloadable ebooks at 50% discount. The other section that I only sporadically visit, "Learning Central", is a bit confused right now because of the reorganization in preparation for Mobile Me. This linked to some of the Apple tutorial pages for applications HTH. Cheers, Esther On June 10, 2008, at 07:27PM, Søren Jensen wrote: >Hi Esther. > >Thanks for your answer.
