Yes I AGREE they should we have a active 223 mhz group here in Tampa it would encourage use of a very good band with little activity. BTW I work for the sheriff office here but we use UHF ANALOG non trunking this is what I work on. YEARS ago i was envolved with the 800 system it also is analog.
