NO REPEATER COUNCIL WILL GIVE THE STANDARD SIMPLEX PAIRS TO D-STAR OR ANY OTHER REPEATERS ! I have been on 2 FM since 1969 and NEVER has the FRC even given that thought. There is no reason to put more repeaters on the air HERE in Tampa there is little to no usage of the ones That are already on..... CLEAN UP the existing ones populate 223 and 440 MHz THEN come back and tell me you need more ......
