This is what Jack had to say, per the help files:

Files to Back Up
In your DXbase directory:

Your database files ending in the file extension “.MDB”.  If you are 
using more than one .MDB database with DXbase, make sure you back up 
each one.

Your reference data database called REFDATA.MDB.
All files ending in the .WCF file extension.  These contain your Wizard 
configurations.
All files ending in the .CO file extension.  These contain user 
configuration files for QSO field order.
All “.INI” files in your DXbase directory.  These contain field sizes 
and hidden status.
Bands.INI contains your frequency to mode parameters.
