Something like this was implemented on a flight I took last year, when
the smoke alarm in a toilet went off. I forget the details of the
procedure, but it was clearly going to be very inconvenient indeed for
all passengers unless someone owned up. I guess someone did, otherwise
we might be still up there. (;-)
