If a company has an authorised representative or a branch office located 
in the EU, then the DofC should
be easy to produce, if a customer or inspection authority should ever ask 
for it.

Then again, perhaps it's just easier to include DofC translations on a 
corporate website; after all the Internet is now inextricably intertwined 
with daily business around the world.

No-one knows until a court has decided what that terribly vague wording 
means.
