Okay, then I'll ask Dorileo to add the documentation to README and then
re-enable it again, ok?
Could people that have the PPA please fix this?

Luis Felipe, could you add proper bullet package to our EFL PPA? Then we
have it in a single place and once we're ready with single-tree EFL we have
it already.
