Have you tried doing an Advanced Find lately, like finding all messages that
have the words "slow search" in the subject? Try it with 15000 and I'll try
it with 1600 (my current level after archiving yesterday). Betcha my search
finishes lots faster! And 95% of the time, anything I want is no more than
two weeks old (my archiving criteria). If it is, I can switch to FileMaker
and search my archive in seconds.
