I've had the exact same problems, to the point that entourage won't even
start up again now. The only thing I've done in addition to you is running
disk first aid plus repair permissions from the startup disk over and over,
and advanced rebuild.

Unfortunately, no one is really of any help in this situation. They will say
"this is the problem" and it isn't... There is just some bad funk between
10.2 and office. After going on and on about how bad the problems were I was
politely told to "wait" as an answer from microsoft.

I've actually had 2 clients ask that entourage be removed because of the
problems with 10.2 (one is moving to apple mail plus ical, another to eudora
plus ical), and one client asked that I revert their machine back to 10.1.5
which I get to do Monday. Yay for MS customer service and Q&A.

I'm mostly depressed about it as I have been a big supporter and proponent
of the MacBU to clients and they've pretty much hung me out to dry over the
last few releases.
