I encounter two kinds of unexpected quits in 10.2.1 and Office X SR1 The first, with Word X, happens usually with some Word 2001 files. I fix it by changing the users permission on those file. The second is with Entourage and is constant. When I quit Entourage, as it is almost done (the browser window has disappeared) then the "unexpected quit" message appears. I tried to rebuild the database with the standard and advanced ways and removed the preferences. No Better. The problem seems to lie inside the database though. Because I used that "corrupted" database to replace one that was working fine, and that Entourage immediately started to quit the same way. I first thought that the culprit was SixDegrees from Creo as it works with Entourage, but it doesn't seem so.
