 I've used both Entourage and Mail with Exchange as the IMAP server. I've
had mixed results with both.

 Entourage does seem to have some protocol problems with both Exchange and
the UW-IMAP server. I've reported them to Microsoft. Mail seems to have some
capacity problems (e.g., mailboxes larger than 32M).
