Lorene, I am passing this onto the Entourage List because, frankly, your problem is beyond me. From the screen shot you sent it looks like you got your .Mac account setup as a POP account (all the duplicates where in Lorene's INBOX and there was no Mac.com account visible between "Folders on My Computer" and the "Microsoft News Server"). I have my .Mac account setup as an IMAP account and don't have your problem or situation. When I upgraded to Entourage 2004 ALL my messages were duplicated and I thought you might had seen the same thing.
Did you see Diane Ross's response? Maybe those links she gave will help. Particularly setting up .Mac as a POP account. I am intrigued that you have the "Leave on server" button unchecked yet were able to see the messages via web access. I would have thought that the messages would have been deleted from the server when Entourage downloaded them. Good luck. on 6/6/04 8:14 PM, Lorene Romero at [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > Hi Russell, > > It happens anytime I have mail come in. But only for my [EMAIL PROTECTED] > account.
