I already addressed that in a response to Paul. Basically, it's more work on my part.
And in any damn case, that's not the issue. The issue is WHY DOES ENTOURAGE DOWNLOAD THE SAME MESSAGES OVER AGAIN? This is bad behavior, and Microsoft should repair it. This is a bug.
