MVP are not at all shy of criticising MS - we are some of the most vocal critics of the 'do it the corporate way' philosophy that does seem to come out in some areas. However, when a user hits a snag with the programme our options are limited - we have no way to 'fix the programme', all we can do is offer advise (in cases where the user doesn't know how to achieve something), offer work-rounds (in cases where the user wants something the programme can't do) or advise that 'that's the way it is' when users want to rant about any particular issue.
