Did you kill the Database Daemon before copying the MUD folder or the identity folder? If Database Daemon was running, then you may not have gotten a good copy because of the database being open. Did you copy it or move it? If you moved it and didn't kill the Database Daemon, then it might have a problem because of two different accounts trying to access it simultaneously.
