I concur but you don't even need the whole MUD (Microsoft User Data) folder. I have many times copied just my identity folder (by defualt, that's Main Identity) inside MUD/Office 2004 Identities between my desktop and laptop (to the laptop before leaving on a trip; back to the desktop upon my return). Never moved anything else.
