Do both computers have the same version of Entourage? Sounds like maybe
you're moving from a later version to an earlier version. I don't know if
any of the point releases of Entourage 2004 made database changes that would
cause a problem but certainly it will fail if you're taking a Entourage 2004
database and trying to open it with Entourage X.
