I can't think or imagine a people who have regretted the 70-200 2,8 for
optical quality ! It's the best 70(80)-200 2,8 !
Of course it's heavy but if you want a 2,8 zoom, there is no choice... :)
The aperture of 2,8 is really helpfull at 200mm, in particular, for the
speed. And you can blur the background, in a great way !
Do as you want :)
