Hi Bob, If timing is so critical (HCB's decisive moments :-), how about using the Pentax Stereo Adapter mounted on the front of a Canon Lens? (I think the adapter is even in the Jessops Catalogue). That way, you only have to deal with one shutter release. And since EOS cameras have vertical travel shutters, there is no problem with synchronization between the two halves of the frame.
