You might think so, but not always. A couple of years ago I tried to give
away working printers and PCs to the local elementary schools. They
wouldn't take any of it. They had a huge problem of receiving non-working
junk. This had to be logged in as being received as equipment, and actually
lowered the computer budget!! Figure that one.....
