How many times did you REALLY need a shot in that range? HOw many film photographers have a 14mm lens?
There are advantages/disadvantages to each 'tool'. What does a film photographer do when he has an ISO 100 in his camera when he needs ISO 800? etc. etc. For me, I just step back a little, or use film.
