Hi Guys n Girls I have a Metz 54 MZ-3 which I could recommend but wont due to compatability with my Eos 3 in E-ttl Mode as it gives rather strange combinations of shutter and stops but in A-ttl its brillant and is I understand quite a bit cheaper than the 550ex Russell
