Check out www.newtoncamerabrackets.com. I have 3 of their brackets that I use with my D60s for weddings and such, and I am pretty sure they have something that will work for you. Also, you can buy "modules" to fit different cameras, meaning if you need a backend to fit the eos 3 and one with different spacing to fit a medium format rig, you can buy both and use the rest of the bracket between them.

keep in mind, however, that Newton is expensive and also very much in demand. Often they can be unavailable for weeks at a time. B&H carries them and shows stock on their web page, or you can contact Newton directly (nice guy, don't hesitate to contact him) by telephone or email and he will tell you what you need, whether or not he has it, and where you might be able to find it if they are in a low availability situation.
