I think I'm ready to take the fight to them again...  Will let you all know
the results.  It may take me a while to get this resolved, depending on what
my schedule allows.  It's hard to send in a camera, be gone for three weeks.
Make one phone call, them be gone for another couple of weeks and really
carry the fight.
