That is one reason why it's a loaded question. It equates having your brain surgically replaced with getting a haircut. It's the way that it does it that's fishy though. It's more equivalent to saying 'In a world where having haircuts is ordinary, are you afraid of having a haircut.'. or more accurately, 'In a world where arithmetic is true, are arithmetic truths your truths.'
