Bruno does. His model of Comp subscribes to the idea that complex numbers are persons.

Numbers, or number relations are 3p notions. The person is defined by its first person point of view, and that cannot be 3p at all. It is only in short description, as a way of speaking, in some context, that person are seen as machine or numbers. In many places I insist that a person is not a 3p notion, it can own a machine, a body, or it can be associated with them, but we can't identify them, and that is in part a reason why saying "yes" to a doctor requires some faith and bets.
