True enough, but at the same time you probably don't want someone putting a 
gun to your head , or pistol whipping you randomly, to be legal, just 
because a brick could fall on your head or the petrol cap of camper van 
spring and break your nose. 
 
Which is a pretty daft analogue so I apologize for that. But what are we 
talking about here? I think we're probably talking about risk. 
Cannabis...there are some benefits...not many that aren't already available 
to those that need it. There are risks...mental illness is very costly to 
the public purse. 
 
I'm not against it. I think there's a case to answer. Where I 
probably think a thousand other items should be waved through the 
checkpoint. 
 
I strongly doubt you intend a serious argument risk should ignored or not 
evaluated..ever. Course you're not. So maybe it's just a case of, you weigh 
cannabise slightly differently. Well..so do I..I made my first fortune on 
that shit baby yeah
