As for AI, it's not like your little cartoons (re-posting the same cartoon over and over will eventually seem like some compulsive reaction devoid of your notion of intelligence btw) of human x does not believe y, and therefore their noble search for intelligence places them in some privileged position to find "Intelligence"; that's just wishful thinking. It's simpler given our ignorance in these matters: sometimes people touched by the relevant domains get lucky. And not because they play for your belief team, or similar notions you seem to harbor.
