Link, anyone? Or a quote?

ISTM...

The spin guy measures the electron spin and splits, but continues to act as
though there is one of him (he will predict that "he" has a 50% chance of
seeing spin up, even though he may be convinced the MWI is correct).

The teleporter guy presses the button and splits, but continues to act as
though there is one of him (he will predict "he" has a 50% chance of seeing
Moscow, even though he may know he's been through a duplicator rather than
a teleporter).

I can't see any obvious difference except in the details (the teleporter
could even be linked to a spin measurement, and transport teleporter guy
according to the result.) Can anyone tell me what I'm missing?
