take "unicorns exist" as an axiom and they would.
You can, and if you derive the physical laws from the existence of
unicorn, then it might be an interesting theory. But more people
believe that 2+2 = 4, than in the existence of unicorn, and no
interesting results have ever been obtained from the existence of
unicorn.
