Philipp Thrift ([email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>) is at least coherent, as he believes in primary matter, and reject Mechanism. The logical problem, is for those who believe in both primary matter (or physicalism) AND in the idea that the brain is Turing emulable. Like Cosmin, and you, John, if I remember well.
