John, I have to check the GCR, I believe the rearward brace is the optional one, and from what I remember, the master switch is suppose to be outside the car.
I've been reading that thing for two days, but I have not been able to find anything that says the rear brace can be substituted for the front brace and the wording on the master switch is obscure enough, that I can't tell whether it would be OK to move it to the engine side of the brace or not.
