This part really interests me. Why would you believe that these guys,
who you have not even met, are in some special state of consciousness?

Can you distinguish them from fervent Christians who describe their
experience of being "saved" and knowing the truth of life after death?

Both of them are absolutely sure of their perspective, so how do you
distinguish?

Do you care if Guys like Guru Dev were really in a higher state of
consciousness than you are in, really?

Any information would be appreciated, I am fascinated by how people
put this belief together.
