LOL Humans are a non-native, introduced and subsidized predators.....<G> This is like expecting pet owners to spay or neuter their pets, interesting idea, one which I would love to see, but seeing and knowing human nature is not going to happen in my lifetime.

Hasn't worked. There are also people out there who want irresponsible owners of bird-killing cats to be held legally liable, as it's a violation of federal law to kill most bird species & has been for decades. And in some areas cats have reduced the rodent population to such low numbers that migrating raptors - all federally protected - have nothing to eat.
