Here's a great example of always carrying your knitting with you every where you go!
Having fifty years of experience, I always carry a sock-in-progress. Underneath the sock are a #8 crochet hook and a ball of #10 cotton. Under *that* is a tatting shuttle! All co-ordinated: the #8 hook is helpful for tucking in ends of 3/12 worsted, and the thread wound on the shuttle is #10 Cordonnet. I got down to the shuttle during the weather-spotter's class I attended last fall. -- Joy Beeson http://joybeeson.home.comcast.net/ http://roughsewing.home.comcast.net/ http://n3f.home.comcast.net/ -- Writers' Exchange http://www.timeswrsw.com/craig/cam/ (local weather) west of Fort Wayne, Indiana, U.S.A.
