Well, I could never solve a Mac problem over the phone, but 95% of 
Windows non-hardware problems I could solve over the phone. It's what 
I know, not any kind of superiority of Windows over Mac.

I don't think there's any real difference in support between Mac and 
Windows, except that the types of problems are likely to be different 
because of different user populations.
