That (non-)challenge was too easy, then. :) Here's something harder,
mentioned a week or so ago. If any of you can do June's "Lunar Cascade"
in
a GUI-based engraving (not graphics) program, I'll hand over the 50 bucks
that I got for this commission:

I forgot to answer this:
I wouldn't use neither sibelius nor finale for this, either a vector
drawing program like coreldraw or inkscape. It would be much easier,
faster, and precise.
But if I would have to use sibelius for it, as I said before, all curved
lines with stable width aren't possible [unless someone corrects me]. So I
would have to import the grid with the beams (that would be a pain), and
then put the noteheads and stems in. Angled noteheads or texts are easy to
do in sibelius, you just make a new text style and define the angle
parameter.
