A good machine shop should be able to enlarge the hole. I believe the bolt
pattern is still correct.

Does anyone know the diameter of the end of the crank where it slips into
the center of the flywheel for 400 and 455?
Here is what I got:
Crank end diameter: 2 3/4" (Butler 455 crank for 400 block)
New Flywheel: 2 1/2" (came w/Tremec set up)
