It seems silly to "settle" on heads that are a maybe with regards to performance. What is your ultimate goal ? Most people look to the engine as their first stop on the performance trail but ignore other upgrades that actually make that performance work at its peak. If you engine is strong now, I would evaluate your rear end ratio and consider a stall converter. These are items people usually pick last and at the same time moan when their 'motor' is not performing. A hot cam, high compression ect. are really hindered by stock components like highway gears and low stall converters. There is no glamour in gears or converters. You can't see it when you pop the hood... but you need a good base. If you already have addressed this and the heads are still your concern, I repeat. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
